Revelon

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding contract between you and Revelon. Throughout this Agreement, the terms "Revelon," "we," "us," or "our" collectively refer to Revelon. When we refer to "you," "your," or "User," we mean any individual or entity using the Revelon Platform (as defined below) or our Services (as defined below), and the individual with whom Revelon enters into this Agreement.

This Agreement governs your usage of the services provided by Revelon. By utilizing any of our Services or registering for an account on www.Revelon.net (the "Website") or accessing any of our associated websites, including the technology, platform, APIs, and related applications (collectively referred to as the "Other Sites," together with the Website, the "Revelon Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and agreed to all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Additionally, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference and forms an integral part of this Agreement. We strongly recommend that you thoroughly review this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

This Agreement becomes effective when you first use any of our Services or access the Revelon Site

If you do not consent to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement or the Privacy Policy, you must refrain from using or accessing the Revelon Site, as well as any of Revelon's products or Services. Your use of or access to the Revelon Site or our Services signifies your acceptance of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you do not read and accept this Agreement and our Privacy Policy in their entirety, you should discontinue your use of the Revelon Site and our Services.

This Agreement does not create any partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, joint associates for profit, agency, or franchiser-franchisee relationship. We do not endorse or recommend any virtual currency other than the Revelon Token, digital asset, or transaction. You acknowledge and agree that: (a) we do not serve as your bank, broker, intermediary, agent, advisor, or in any fiduciary capacity, and this Agreement does not establish a fiduciary or advisory relationship between you and us; (b) no communication or information provided to you by us, including content on the Revelon Site, should be considered as transaction, investment, tax, or any other form of advice. Seek independent advice where applicable and appropriate. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all transaction decisions, and we bear no responsibility or liability for the outcome of your decisions

You understand and accept that we reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at our discretion. We will notify you of such changes by posting the revised agreement on the Website and/or providing you with a copy. The amended Agreement becomes effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Site and/or our Services signifies your agreement to be bound by the revised agreement. If you disagree with any such modification, your sole and exclusive remedy is to terminate your use of the Services and close your account

When you choose to become a Revelon User, you are embarking on a journey that involves registering on the Revelon Systems. To initiate this process, you must provide Revelon with accurate and authentic information as required during registration. Successful completion of the registration process, confirmed by Revelon, grants you the status of a "Revelon User" – referred to as "you."

To engage with Revelon Systems, individuals must meet a minimum age requirement of at least 16 years. We take user age seriously to ensure a safe and responsible user community.

Your security is of paramount importance to us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including your password. It is imperative that your account is for your personal use only. You must not act as an intermediary, broker, or trustee for any other person or grant access to your account to anyone other than yourself.

• 2.4.1 Prompt Execution of Contracts:

  You commit to executing contracts promptly and refrain from any activities that might hinder or jeopardize the execution of these contracts.

• 2.4.2 Reporting and Assisting with Issues:

  In the event of defects or problems, whether caused by you or brought to your attention, you are obligated to report them promptly. Moreover, your assistance in addressing and resolving these issues is vital to maintaining the integrity of our services.

• 2.4.3 Keeping Information Updated

  To ensure effective communication and service, you must immediately update your personal data, such as your name and email address, through the Account Settings Page or by sending the information to Revelon via a registered mail address. It's important to note that Revelon will use the most recent email address you've provided, and any messages sent to this address will be considered legally delivered.

Revelon may require specific information from you as part of the user registration process. Please be aware that Revelon reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine when you must provide copies of documents, such as passports (in notarized and apostilled form or not), and other documents as mandated by applicable laws and outlined in our Data Protection Terms. In the case of legal entities, the submission of company register excerpts or equivalent documents (in notarized and apostilled form or not) may be necessary. These measures are in place to uphold compliance with legal and data protection requirements.

Revelon may implement user verification procedures to enhance security and compliance. This may include Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks. We are dedicated to ensuring the safety and legitimacy of our user community. Please review and understand these provisions carefully, as they form the basis of your engagement with Revelon Systems. Your commitment to compliance and responsible conduct is vital to the success of our platform

Revelon permits the creation of only one account per user, referred to as a "Revelon User Account." Creating multiple accounts (double-accounts) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action

• 3.2.1 Accusations or Violations:

  Revelon has credible evidence, including documented media reports or market rumors, that a user has been involved in:

• Fraud
• Terrorist financing
• Money laundering
• Tax fraud
• Violation of relevant criminal, administrative, or tax laws worldwide
• Involvement in matrix programs, pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, or other high-risk businesses detrimental to customers
• Unlawful activities anywhere in the world
• Forbidden gambling
• Intellectual property or proprietary rights infringement, counterfeit or unauthorized goods
• Use of unfair, predatory, or deceptive practices towards customers or individuals

• 3.2.3 Breach of User Obligations:

  A user fails to meet their obligations to Revelon under the Terms of Service, such as delayed payments, without rectifying the breach within 10 "Business Days."

• 3.2.4 Violation of Payment Service Provider Rules:

  A user breaches any rules or regulations of a payment service provider.

• 3.2.5 Violation of Revelon Rules:

  A user violates any rules or regulations of Revelon.

• 3.2.6 Unauthorized Account Usage:

  A user utilizes an account without the legal entitlement to do so.

• 3.2.7 Concealing Identity:

  A user conceals their true identity by providing false or incorrect data concerning the Revelon User Account or an account with a payment service provider.

• 3.2.8 System Manipulation:

  A user manipulates Revelon Systems or any Revelon group's services. Such manipulation includes the use of automated systems (e.g., bots) or any other method that deviates from typical human trading behavior and indicates the involvement of certain technology, software, or system automating such trading. The use of automated systems is only allowed if you meet certain criteria agreed upon with Revelon.

• 3.2.9 Damaging Revelon:

  A user conducts their business or uses Revelon Systems in a manner that causes damage, disadvantages, or losses for Revelon and impairs any Revelon Service.

If you engage Revelon to address a declared or alleged deficiency, and it is subsequently proven that no deficiency exists, or that the deficiency falls within your sphere, Revelon is entitled to charge compensation for any resulting expenses.

Revelon may charge compensation, in addition to any damage claims it might have against the user. We prioritize the integrity of our platform and the security of our users. Please review and adhere to these terms diligently to ensure a smooth and compliant experience with Revelon Systems.

• 4.1.1 Risk of Software Weaknesses:

  The underlying software applications, platforms, mobile applications, smart contract systems, and related technologies are in the early stages of development and remain unproven. There is no guarantee or warranty that the processes involving cryptographic blockchain-based digital assets will be uninterrupted or error-free. There is an inherent risk that the software and related technologies may contain weaknesses, vulnerabilities, or bugs, potentially leading to the complete loss of cryptographic blockchain-based digital assets, including tokens or any value associated with these assets.

• 4.1.2 Regulatory Risk

  Blockchain technologies introduce new forms of interaction. Some jurisdictions may apply existing regulations or establish new ones that pertain to blockchain-based applications. These regulations may impact the current setup of systems and could lead to significant modifications or the termination of cryptographic blockchain-based digital assets or the loss of their value.

• 4.1.3 Risk of Abandonment or Lack of Success:

  The allocation of cryptographic blockchain-based digital assets and the development of associated technologies may be abandoned for various reasons, such as lack of industry or community interest, insufficient funding, commercial failure, or competition from other projects. It's also possible that even if Revelon System technology is partially or fully developed and launched, cryptographic blockchain-based digital assets may not fulfill their intended functionality.

• 4.1.4 Risk of Theft and Internet Vulnerability:

  The software applications, platforms, smart contract systems, and related technologies may be vulnerable to electronic or physical attacks. These attacks can result in the theft or loss of cryptographic blockchain-based digital assets or private data, potentially affecting the development, launch, or use of Revelon System technology. Users should exercise caution when reviewing messages that appear to originate from Revelon or Basilisk Entertainment, especially in the context of email, or equivalent services, which are susceptible to spoofing and phishing attacks.

• 4.1.5 Risk of Blockchain Mining Attacks:

  Revelon System technology, like other public blockchain systems, is susceptible to various attacks, including double-spending attacks, majority mining power attacks, selfish-mining attacks, race condition attacks, and other mining-related or non-mining-related threats. Successful attacks pose a risk to the proper execution and sequencing of cryptographic blockchain-based digital asset transactions and software computations.

• 4.1.6 Risk of Depreciation and Extreme Volatility:

  Since cryptographic blockchain-based digital assets are not regulated, their value is subject to unique assessments. As a result, the value of these assets may exhibit extreme volatility or decline to zero. Additional costs related to regulatory or other risks could further impact the value of cryptographic blockchain-based digital assets.

• 4.1.7 General Risk:

  There are no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, regarding cryptographic blockchain-based digital assets or the success of Revelon System technology. Cryptographic blockchain-based digital assets are created and acquired at the user's sole risk, on an "as-is" and "under development" basis. There are no guarantees or warranties of any kind, including, but not limited to, warranties of title, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

• 4.1.8 Market and Community Risk:

  Users should be aware of the risks associated with soft and hard forks, as well as any potential changes to Revelon System technology that may be imposed by the market or community.

4.1.9 IX. Tax Risk:

The allocation, purchase, exchange, holding, or alienation of cryptographic blockchain-based digital assets may have tax implications for users. Users are encouraged to seek advice from their own tax advisors regarding these tax consequences. To the extent permitted by law, users agree not to hold any associated party, including Revelon, Revelon's auditors, contractors, advisors, employees, or founders, liable for any tax liability associated with making an offer, using Revelon, or engaging in actions related to cryptographic blockchain-based digital assets.
