1. User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding contract between you and Revelon. Throughout this Agreement, the terms "Revelon," "we," "us," or "our" collectively refer to Revelon. When we refer to "you," "your," or "User," we mean any individual or entity using the Revelon Platform (as defined below) or our Services (as defined below), and the individual with whom Revelon enters into this Agreement.

This Agreement governs your usage of the services provided by Revelon. By utilizing any of our Services or registering for an account on www.Revelon.net (the "Website") or accessing any of our associated websites, including the technology, platform, APIs, and related applications (collectively referred to as the "Other Sites," together with the Website, the "Revelon Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and agreed to all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Additionally, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference and forms an integral part of this Agreement. We strongly recommend that you thoroughly review this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

This Agreement becomes effective when you first use any of our Services or access the Revelon Site

If you do not consent to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement or the Privacy Policy, you must refrain from using or accessing the Revelon Site, as well as any of Revelon's products or Services. Your use of or access to the Revelon Site or our Services signifies your acceptance of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you do not read and accept this Agreement and our Privacy Policy in their entirety, you should discontinue your use of the Revelon Site and our Services.

This Agreement does not create any partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, joint associates for profit, agency, or franchiser-franchisee relationship. We do not endorse or recommend any virtual currency other than the Revelon Token, digital asset, or transaction. You acknowledge and agree that: (a) we do not serve as your bank, broker, intermediary, agent, advisor, or in any fiduciary capacity, and this Agreement does not establish a fiduciary or advisory relationship between you and us; (b) no communication or information provided to you by us, including content on the Revelon Site, should be considered as transaction, investment, tax, or any other form of advice. Seek independent advice where applicable and appropriate. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all transaction decisions, and we bear no responsibility or liability for the outcome of your decisions

CAUTION:

The use and/or holding of virtual currencies involve substantial risk. Therefore, you should carefully assess whether you can tolerate the risk associated with using and/or holding virtual currencies and whether it is suitable for you. You acknowledge and agree that you access and use our Services at your own risk

You understand and accept that we reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at our discretion. We will notify you of such changes by posting the revised agreement on the Website and/or providing you with a copy. The amended Agreement becomes effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Site and/or our Services signifies your agreement to be bound by the revised agreement. If you disagree with any such modification, your sole and exclusive remedy is to terminate your use of the Services and close your account

2. Becoming a Revelon User
2.1 Registration Process

When you choose to become a Revelon User, you are embarking on a journey that involves registering on the Revelon Systems. To initiate this process, you must provide Revelon with accurate and authentic information as required during registration. Successful completion of the registration process, confirmed by Revelon, grants you the status of a "Revelon User" – referred to as "you."

2.2 Age Requirement

To engage with Revelon Systems, individuals must meet a minimum age requirement of at least 16 years. We take user age seriously to ensure a safe and responsible user community.

2.3 Account Security

Your security is of paramount importance to us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including your password. It is imperative that your account is for your personal use only. You must not act as an intermediary, broker, or trustee for any other person or grant access to your account to anyone other than yourself.

2.4 Responsibilities as a Revelon User
As a valued Revelon User, you agree to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Revelon may require specific information from you as part of the user registration process. Please be aware that Revelon reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine when you must provide copies of documents, such as passports (in notarized and apostilled form or not), and other documents as mandated by applicable laws and outlined in our Data Protection Terms. In the case of legal entities, the submission of company register excerpts or equivalent documents (in notarized and apostilled form or not) may be necessary. These measures are in place to uphold compliance with legal and data protection requirements.

2.6 User Verification

Revelon may implement user verification procedures to enhance security and compliance. This may include Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks. We are dedicated to ensuring the safety and legitimacy of our user community. Please review and understand these provisions carefully, as they form the basis of your engagement with Revelon Systems. Your commitment to compliance and responsible conduct is vital to the success of our platform

3. Revelon User Account
3.1 Single User Account

Revelon permits the creation of only one account per user, referred to as a "Revelon User Account." Creating multiple accounts (double-accounts) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action

3.2 Account Locking and Closure
Revelon reserves the right to lock, freeze, or close a Revelon User Account, which may include the blocking, reversing, suspension, or rescission of transactions, as well as the loss of any vouchers, without prior notice to the user if:
3.3 Remedying Declared Deficiencies

If you engage Revelon to address a declared or alleged deficiency, and it is subsequently proven that no deficiency exists, or that the deficiency falls within your sphere, Revelon is entitled to charge compensation for any resulting expenses.

3.4 Compensation

Revelon may charge compensation, in addition to any damage claims it might have against the user. We prioritize the integrity of our platform and the security of our users. Please review and adhere to these terms diligently to ensure a smooth and compliant experience with Revelon Systems.
