Terms of Service

Last updated: July 10, 2026

1. User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding contract between you and Revelon. Throughout this Agreement, "Revelon," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Revelon. "You," "your," or "User" means any individual or entity using the Revelon platform or our Services.

This Agreement governs your usage of the services provided by Revelon. By utilizing any of our Services or registering for an account on revelon.net or any associated website, API, or application (the "Revelon Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions herein, including our Privacy Policy.

This Agreement does not create any partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, or agency relationship. No communication or information provided by us constitutes transaction, investment, tax, or any other form of advice. You are solely responsible for all decisions made using our platform.

Caution

The use and/or holding of virtual currencies involve substantial risk. You acknowledge and agree that you access and use our Services entirely at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at our discretion. Amendments become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Becoming a Revelon User

2.1 Registration

To register, you must provide accurate and authentic information. Successful completion of the registration process grants you a Revelon User account.

2.2 Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years of age to use Revelon.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Your account is for your personal use only and must not be shared with or transferred to any other person.

2.4 User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and keep it updated through Account Settings.
  • Report any defects, security vulnerabilities, or unauthorized access promptly.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

2.5 Verification (KYC/AML)

Revelon may require identity verification (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks. This may include submission of government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documents as required by applicable law.

3. User Account

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may hold only one Revelon account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts.

3.2 Account Suspension or Closure

Revelon reserves the right to lock, freeze, or close an account without prior notice if:

  • There is credible evidence of involvement in fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or tax evasion.
  • The user is involved in pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, or other high-risk businesses harmful to consumers.
  • The user engages in unlawful activities, forbidden gambling, or intellectual property infringement.
  • The user fails to meet their obligations under this Agreement.
  • The user violates any rule or regulation of Revelon or an associated payment service provider.
  • The user provides false or incorrect information concerning their account.
  • The user uses automated systems (bots) to manipulate the Revelon platform without prior written consent.
  • The user's conduct causes damage, disadvantage, or financial loss to Revelon.

3.3 Compensation for False Claims

If you engage Revelon to address a declared deficiency that is subsequently proven not to exist or falls within your responsibility, Revelon may charge compensation for resulting expenses.

4. Risks

4.1 Software & Technology Risk

Blockchain-based software and platforms remain in active development. There is no guarantee that processes will be uninterrupted or error-free. Inherent risks include software bugs, vulnerabilities, or failures that may result in complete or partial loss of digital assets.

4.2 Regulatory Risk

Some jurisdictions may apply existing or new regulations to blockchain-based applications. Such regulations may impact or terminate digital asset services without notice.

4.3 Security & Theft Risk

Platforms may be vulnerable to electronic attacks. Exercise caution with communications appearing to originate from Revelon — phishing and spoofing attacks are common. Revelon will never ask for your password via email or chat.

4.4 Volatility Risk

Cryptographic digital assets are unregulated and their value may be extremely volatile or decline to zero. There are no guarantees regarding the value of any digital asset.

4.5 Tax Risk

Purchasing, holding, or selling digital assets may have tax implications. Seek advice from a qualified tax advisor. Revelon shall not be held liable for any tax liability arising from your use of our Services.

5. Fees & Charges

5.1 Withdrawal Fees

Revelon charges a withdrawal fee on all outbound transactions. The fee is calculated as a percentage of the withdrawal amount with a minimum fee floor, as displayed in the withdrawal form at the time of the transaction. Fees are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Network (Gas) Fees

All blockchain transactions require network gas fees paid to miners or validators. These fees are separate from Revelon's service fee and are not controlled by Revelon. Gas fees are deducted from your balance as part of the transaction process.

5.3 Transfer Fees

Internal transfers between Revelon users via the API may be subject to a transfer fee as configured by the merchant. Details are disclosed at the time of transfer.

5.4 No Hidden Fees

All applicable fees are displayed before you confirm any transaction. By confirming a transaction, you accept the stated fees.

6. Disputes & Refunds

6.1 Irreversibility of Blockchain Transactions

All confirmed blockchain transactions are irreversible by nature. Once a withdrawal or transfer is broadcast to the network, Revelon cannot reverse, cancel, or refund it. You are solely responsible for verifying wallet addresses before confirming any transaction.

6.2 Erroneous Transactions

If you send funds to an incorrect address due to user error, Revelon is not liable and cannot recover the funds. Always double-check the recipient address before confirming.

6.3 Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails due to a technical issue on Revelon's platform (not network conditions), and funds are deducted from your balance, contact us at support@revelon.net within 7 days. We will investigate and, if the error is on our side, restore your balance.

6.4 Dispute Resolution

For any billing disputes or service complaints, contact us at support@revelon.net. We aim to resolve all disputes within 5 business days. Revelon's determination on disputes is final.

7. Revelon Token (RVL)

Revelon may issue a native utility token ("Revelon Token" or "RVL") on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) network as a BEP-20 token. The Revelon Token is intended for use within the Revelon platform ecosystem and is not an investment product.

Holding or using Revelon Tokens does not entitle you to any ownership, equity, voting rights, dividend, or other financial interest in Revelon. The Revelon Token is a utility token only.

The launch, availability, and features of the Revelon Token are subject to change. We make no guarantees regarding future value, liquidity, or exchange listings.
